I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a red and white mat and attached this to a dark blue card.
I used thick foam pads to raise the mat from my blue card,( I also raised the red and white mat the same way) I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added three sentiments.
Great design, love it!!
Printed on matte card added all the other elements with foam squares. finished with glitter paint on the edges of the wording panels.
