I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I tucked the 'happy birthday' sentiment under the man's head as I thought it looked like a pillow.
A great card with a good sense of fun.
