Male Card Fishing at Sea

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to 8x8 card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads.

I printed the design onto white card and cut out all the elements using scissors and a craft knife. Using small pieces of spongy tape, I carefully adhered the decoupage to the topper. I finished it off with silver shell-shaped edging. A quick and easy design.
