Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layerd onto a blue card with rounded corners I then added some plastic bubbles to complete this lovely design.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads.
