I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greetings using thin foam tape.

I resized the image in Photoshop Elements and increased to 300 dpi, plus saturated colors a bit. Printed on presentation paper, cut out images . Decoupaged images according to directions and mounted on gold card stock.
Added brads in corners and mounted on black designer paper, then on red card stock.
