I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with a white mat and mounted it onto a black base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel and to finish the card I added little gems and peel-off borders...another great design featuring Stella.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a blue and white spot and attached the main topper using dst. I then framed the topper with a blue border peel off.
I then added all the decoupage using foam pads. To finish I added a sentiment, blue pearls to the corners and the numbers 65 to the bra cups. Once again Stella knows what we all suspect!!
