a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is celebrating another birthday her comment being.... middle age is when your boobs go South... Old age is when they arrive!

I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with purple card and mounted it onto a foiled card...I then added the decoupage using foam strips and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow...another fun design featuring Stella.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I covered a white base card with a beautiful DM backing paper and attached the main image centrally. I then added all the decoupage with foam pads and finished by adding blue gems.
