Stella is Excited Quick Card
a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is stood with her mobile phone in her hand her comment being.... Finally, it's my birthday! I haven't been this excited since my phone got stuck on vibrate. happy birthday tag also provided for the placement of your choice.

I printed this out on to good quality photo paper and cut out all the elements. I fixed the main design on to a lilac scalloped card with dst and used foam pads for the remainder.
I just added a mauve satin bow to finish.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the layers and decoupage using foam pads and tape.
To finish I added stardust stickles to the gems on the card.
Stella you are (as they say) awful!!!!!
