I printed onto 230gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads and tape. To finish I added the matching insert.
Another great card from Carol- I hated gravity because I have a bad back but I sure prefer this observation!!

I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on do card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
