a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is in her finest red hat gear her comment being.... Don't worry about another birthday my friend...

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I added some pale purple gems, i used a variety of colored stickles to accent Stella and the flower. Another great Stella Card
I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a white base cad and added all the decoupage using foam pads. Another great card from Carol featuring the indomitable Stella.
Great for ladies of a certain age with a sense of humour
I printed out the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted the decoupage with foam tape - then adhered the base topper onto a matching mauve cardstock with DST.
I added some Liquid Pearls diamond to all the jewellery Stella is wearing.
I then added the matching insert to finish it off nicely.
