I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements..I mounted the main image onto blue stock card and added the decoupage using foam pads.
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads.
I just so love this one from Stella - don't we all feel like that at some time or another.
