a quick make topper sheet featuring Stella who is trying to get fit using her hand wieghts to exercise her comment being.... If exercise helps you live longer ... How is it when I exercise I feel like I'm dying! Oh I feel like that too Stella I thought it was just me lol. happy birthday tag placed under a nice big bow trimmed with a rose.

I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper, I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount onto card stock, that I folded to make the card.
I added rhinestones in the corners to complete the card. This is a very quick and easy card top to do .
Very nice card top.
I love Stella's philosophies!! I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I assembled the design and added bright pink mat onto a white card.
I know she would love the bright pink and the glitter glue I added to make her hair sparkle!
