I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image to a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads.
Stella is absolutely right once again age isn't important but as for the hattitude, looks like something has had her hat for dinner.
Another fun card from Stella and we all feel like her or know someone just like her, so you should have absolutely no trouble in using this card time and time again for whatever occasion.
