Setting ,the Date, the Time, and the Place Completed by Hand Made Finished Cards By Dianne Jackson

I mounted onto an 8 x 8 cream card with a punched border and decoupaged with sticky pads. I printed out the flowers twice for extra decoupage. I tied some cream tassels down the spine to finish. This design would make a lovely female retirement card
