Pretty in Black, Lace and Red Roses with BowCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 170gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image onto a base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I finished by adding pink flower gems to the lace at the top of the card.

A very quick and easy card to make and suitable for many occasions.
