Party Time

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a white C5 card, i then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, and using 2mm sticky pads i made up the design finishing off with the number 40 at the top left, this is a terrific, fun design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
