I printed and cut out the sheet then added the base onto the card with DST then added the other elements on with foam pads and added glitter to finish off this stunning card

Printed this lovely design onto decoupage paper and cut it out. Placed the main image onto a black scalloped 8x8 card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. i tied ribbon down the side.
