Birthday Celebration Quick Card 4Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed twice onto 200gsm card and cut out. I attached one of the toppers onto a white base card using dst. I cut out the centre of the second topper to use as a decoupage layer. I added the sentiment using foam pads.

A vibrant card that is easy to make and sure to immpress.
