Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements and used DST to attach Topper onto a black Card. Used foam tape to attach the Decoupage. To finish or the card I put a small diamond crystal on the belt on dress.

Around the edge of card I used silver stick on edges around the card. A stunning design and very easy to cut out and make up.
