Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements and used DST to attach Topper onto a black Card. Used foam tape to attach the Decoupage. To finish or the card I put a small diamond crystal on the belt on dress.
Around the edge of card I used silver stick on edges around the card. A stunning design and very easy to cut out and make up.
I covered an 8x8 white scalloped edge card with a Deco-art frame, then printed the image onto decoupage paper, cut out the white airier, then mounted the image to a black backing paper, ,then mounted this to the card, added some borders to the panels with red/gold peel of's,added wide black organza ribbon and tied a bow,a red and black swirl one each side,to finish i have added one clear crystal to her belt.
