I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Added sequin blossoms and gems. A sentiment can be added if required. A very pretty design.
I printed the Cherry Blossom file three times and cut the frame and butterflies out from two sheets to make decoupage layers of them. Then I opened my photo editor, chose a white lace frame and pink background, and printed also it. I attached the white lace and pink background color sheet on a white base card leaving no borders. Then I attached the card front with decoupage in the middle of it.
I wanted more color to the butterflies, so I opened a vintage butterfly file into my photo editor. I changed the color, added some white and printed the sheet. I cut the butterflies out and attached them on top of the original ones. Then I decorated their bodies with gold colored faux gems. Now the card needed more white near the center, so I re-printed the white lace and pink background frame, only in smaller size. I cut out only the first "loop row" of the frame and attached it around the topper picture.
