I printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Using a 5 inch card I attached the base picture to the card with d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces with foam pads.
Using a spare green tag from my craft box I added a gold peeloff sentiment and fixed this to the top lefthand corner to finish.
