I mounted onto an A5 white pearl deckle edge card with a punched corner and decoupaged all the parts using sticky pads.
I added a clock and a matching cameo vintage charm and finished off with a gold elasticated bow to the spine and adding the matching insert

I printed the sheet on to glossy photo paper and attached the topper to a silver mirror card with tape.
I used foam pads to add the extra layers and decorated it with silver border peloffs.
I added small pearls, the greeting and I will finish it off with lots of glitter. This sheet makes a beautiful birthday card.
