I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a cream base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads. I finished by adding the 'Happy birthday' sentiment.

A sweet little card with a cute girl with the biggest blue eyes - can you resist her, because I couldnt!!!
