Birthday Girl Card Front 3Completed by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I matted the main image onto a pink holographic card and then onto a white base card.

I added all the decoupage, using foam pads and I now have a beautiful card which can be given to any little girl and know she will love it!!
