Peach roses on a Scroll Mat

A delightful scroll with gorgeous roses. The tones in the art work are soft, mellow, golden warm, tones. I made 2 copies of the sheet provided, and used one for the main topper, and with the other copy, I cut out the whole scroll, leaves and roses section to add onto the top of the completed card.

I made a white card from 15 x 30cm really strong 250gsm card, and then put together the backing sheets, using the shades from the topper to complement the design. The largest one in peach is,14cm x 14.5, as I wanted to leave a wider margin at the left hand side to make room for the bow. On top of the next size.13.5 x 14.0cm is in golden brown shade. I used padded double sided tape to attach these to one another. The smallest backing sheet is in a camel shade. 13.5 x 13cm.I attached this to the golden brown shade with double sided tape. Then I attached the 1st main topper, with small padded double sided squares, and used a bronze 3cm wide organza ribbon to wrap around all of the backing sheets together and over the topper where the ribbon is shown with stitching on the topper. I firmly attached the ribbon to the underneath backing sheet with magic tape. I tied the bow by slipping it under the horizontal ribbon and securing it with tiny pieces of the red double sided tape. Lastly I attached the scroll cut out with, lots of, tiny double sided padded squares, and used regular double sided tape to attach the peach backing sheet to the white card front.

I used a universal "Just for you" sentiment as the card is obviously for many suitable occasions, even Sympathy, Mothers' day, Spring, Get well. So I will keep the blank stored with the card so I can make good use of this beautiful design

Thank you Ceredwyn for another one of your amazing floral arrangements in a beautiful design. I have been able to make a couple of gift cards, as I had printed it out twice. So a few more items in my stash for gift giving.
