This bright and cheerful boys birthday card design sheet, although it could be used for a girl if desired, comes with one base layer with sentiment, and three main easy cut out step by step pieces.

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I rounded the corners of the main image as I did with the blue pearl base card.
I layered the decoupage using foam pads, but made the bow tie twirl by putting a tiny brad through the last two decoupage pieces.
I made sure the bow tie would clear the mouth by using two foam pads on top of each other.
I then added a sentiment which I matted onto a piece of blue glitter card. I am sure any child would love to receive this card.
