Puppy in Sequin Frame 2

I printed out twice to decoupaged the centre panel and mounted onto a large white square scalloped edge card. I mattted the centre panel onto blue card before mounting on the card with sticky pads.

I decoupaged with sticky pads and tied a double bow from silver cord down the side. I finished off with a tiny silver padded heart to the dog collar and one to the bow
