Birthday Elephant in Blue Frame with BalloonsCompleted by Lynn Butters

printed onto smooth card. cut out all elements. mounted onto base card. added elements using foam pads. used glossy accents on bow centre. edged with peel-off borders. will add age/greeting as required. just love this extremely cute card.
