Gorgeous Blonde Girl with Cake & DollyCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.

To finish I added a sentiment, pink heart gems and, most importantly, a smile- she looked so sad I just could not let her celebrate her birthday looking so sad!!

A quick and easy card to make which will make the day of any young cutie who receives it.
