printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to a Pale Green sheen card. I then used same process to stick the Insert inside the card. Foam Pads were used to add the Decoupage. I stuck Purple stick on hearts around the Topper.
A Lovely Design, with a special message.
