Congratulations. You are one cat short of qualifying as Crazy Cat Lady". Happy Birthday!
Does someone you know love cats? Are they precariously close to having too many kitties? This cute birthday card might be a subtle way for you to let your female friend know how close they are getting to reaching "Crazy Cat Lady" status!
With easy decoupage layers and an insert, this is a great value sheet that is lots of fun.

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements and used DST to attach main element to a purple DL card. I then used DST to attach the Insert. Using Foam Pads, I added the Decoupage.
I stuck a tiny pearl on each ear and around her collar on dress. I added some pink glitter to her shoes. I love this design, and it makes into a "crazy" card.
