Vintage Topper New Baby GirlCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto 200gms photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper to a white base card onto which I had added an embossed border using a pink glitter paper.

I then added all the decoupage and a sentiment using foam pads.

To finish I added white pearls to top. A beautiful design which makes up into a great card to welcome the newcomer!!
