Baby Girl Congratulations Card Front with CotCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added the decoupage using foam pads.

To finish I added two little pink bows- one to the mum's bodice and one to the top right of the card.

This is a great sheet which makes a different card with a great deal of emphasis on the mother and quite rightly so!
