Quilted hearts background on silver glitter backing to create frame effect. Numbers 60 with extra layer to add depth. Diamonds in top corners and diamante flowers in bottom corners all with extra layer. Five sentiments on fancy silver banners.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear gems to flowers, greetings tile and faux diamonds.
A lovely design.
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I then chose my sentiments and placed them on the card.
There is a matching insert (cup918800_3656) which I placed inside the card to finish.
