I printed out twice to decoupage the centre square and matted onto co-ordinating card before mounting onto an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card.

I punched the corners of the inner square, the topper and also the backing card using a Fiskars corner lever punch bought from this site from the tools section code CC5486..I decoupaged with sticky pads and added my chosen sentiment.

I added silver elastic to the spine threaded with alphabet beads spelling (Congratulations) I did not decoupage the pram wheels as the spokes would be too intricate for me to cut out neatly enough, but I added tiny pearls to the centres.

This is a really cute design and looks really effective.....I LOVE it
