Mix'n'match - Birthday Pooch
This is the one of my new series of mix'n'match cards. Each card sheet has a base mat, two circular toppers, two tags, a ribbon with bow, 4 large buttons, 4 small buttons and 3 sentiments.
The card base mat measures 5 inches square.
I have found that I can usually get two cards from one sheet.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a 6x6 cream card using d.s tape and then added my chosen pieces using foam pads.
To finish I placed the "Happy Birthday" insert from cup588388_66 inside using d.s tape.
There are so many pieces on this sheet, there is plenty to make a 2nd card using a backing from your own stock.
To make this card you will need a 6 inch square scalloped card and the gold mat is from cup588363_66 by Sheila Rodgers.
The round white scalloped mat was the cardmaker's own, but any small round scalloped mat or doily would look just as nice.
I use DST to stick on the large square mat and foam pads to stick on the other embellishments. To finish off I add an insert from my stash or stamp a sentiment inside the card.
