I printed out the sheet twice onto matte photo paper and cut out the main design and sentiment from one and the inner white square with flamingo from the other.
I attached the base topper to a scallop-edged card blank using DST then used glue gel to add the flamingo square and my chosen sentiment.
I finished off by adding co-ordinating self-adhesive gems.
