I took a cream card and added a piece of dark plum card slightly off centre to form a narrow border around the topper, which I printed onto photo paper and built the layers up using silicone glue.
I then added a rose embellishment to the paper ribbon from the sheet, which I laid under the cake topper.
I then added a resized sentiment from the sheet and some self adhesive gems.
