I backed a white centre stepper card with co-ordinating spotty backing paper and mounted my topper in the centre. I added the layers using sticky pads and added a pink ribbon bow and a die-cut butterfly.
I added a punched border down each side and finished off by adding the matching inserts...This would make a lovely Anniversary card or a special birthday card
