Lucky Lucky Lucky! Shamrocks and GoldCompleted by Christine Dixon
OccasionCongratulations / Good Luck
I took a spring green card base and layered with a yellow punched edge mat. I then added the main image with gold peel-off around it and added decoupage elements and sentiment on 2mm foam pads.
I finished with a purple, green and silver wool plait tied around the bottom of the card.
