I made a deep lavender shortfall card and added a very pale gold shortfall insert complete with sentiment and verse and a piece of purple paper lace, printed onto very thin card, down the right hand side.

I then added the topper, which I printed onto photo paper, to the front cover of the card and built the layers up using silicone glue.
