I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Covered a white 8x8 card with blue hearts paper using DST, then added the main image. Layered the circles using glue gel. Added the sentiment with foam pads, used peel off corners with blue gemstones.
Glittered the water in the font and finished off with a blue ribbon bow.
