Inverted Star Pyramid/pyramage Topper 5Completed by Christine Dixon

I chose a bright blue glossy DL card and fixed a silver paisley backing to it adding peel-off silver borders to the edges.

Next I cut out the three toppers and made up the inverted star pyramage, then attached to the card with a Best Wishes star sentiment, highlighted with silver peel-offs.
