The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I made a DL card from lilac pearlesent card. I mounted the base layer of the decoupage onto a darker shade of lilac pearlesent card. I used 1mm foam pads to layer up the decoupage.
I punched a border in blue card and attached a purple satin ribbon onto it. I used one of the greetings supplied and mounted that onto the same purple card and added some purple brads.
There are alot more embellishments to use.
