I backed a 5x7 inch card with cup175042_168 (Lacey Background in Creamy Coffee). Then I added this gorgeous topper, backed with a piece of sage green cotton paper to help with definition. I built the oval pyramid with 1mm foam pads and added the bow as a final touch.
