I mounted on a stepper card and printed out the insert another twice so that I could add my 2 side pieces.

I added the layers using sticky pads and added 2 punched butterflies punched from the spare parts in the inserts.

I added a matching ribbon bow to the top and finished off by adding the matching insert to the inside of my stepper.

I cut the insert in half and added both parts
