I printed out twice to decoupage the bottom layer and cut each layer with scalloped scissors to give a different effect.

I mounted onto an A5 cream scalloped edge card and built each layer up with sticky pads.

I finished off by adding some tiny lilac pearls dotted around at random to go with the spotty design
