First I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I then punched out a border and frame in light blue card, folded A4 white hammered card and trimmed about 1? off front edge.

I then stuck the border onto the front and the frame in place, next I stuck the main picture onto the frame and decoupaged the rest of the elements.

Added the peel offs and finished with glitter glue and a few flowers left from the punched card.
