Flying Over the City

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a DL green foiled silk art card blank as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of gold mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a gold foiled greeting from my stash and sprayed the front with glitter spray to finish.
